Who we are

Eden Advertising (“Eden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Eden Portal — a client dashboard and AI analyst used by local businesses to manage their marketing, leads, reviews, and calls. Our registered address is in Florida, United States. You can reach us at support@edenads.com.

What this policy covers

This policy describes the information we collect when you use the Eden Portal at my.edenads.com, what we do with it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information we receive from platforms you connect, and information collected automatically.

Information you provide directly

  • Account information: email address, password (hashed), business name, industry, contact phone and address.
  • Billing information: payment details for subscription tiers processed by Stripe. Eden does not store full credit card numbers — Stripe does.
  • Communications: support tickets, review-request templates, and messages you send us or generate through the Portal.

Information from connected platforms

When you connect a third-party service (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Business Profile, TikTok, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe), we receive data from that service on your authorization. This includes:

  • Campaign metadata, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions
  • Review content and reviewer names from Google Business Profile
  • Call recordings and metadata from Twilio tracking numbers you provision
  • Ad account IDs, page IDs, and related identifiers

We only access data for platforms you explicitly connect, and only with the scopes each platform requires. We never request broader access than we need.

Information collected automatically

  • Device information (browser, OS) for session management
  • IP addresses for security and abuse prevention
  • Cookies and similar technologies (session, authentication)
  • Product analytics (pages visited, actions taken within the Portal)

How we use your information

  • Operate and improve the Portal features you use
  • Display your marketing performance, leads, calls, and reviews
  • Let Jerry — our AI assistant — answer your questions using your data
  • Generate monthly performance reports
  • Send push notifications and emails for events you’ve opted into
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models, and we do not share individual client data with other Eden clients.

Jerry (our AI assistant)

Jerry uses Anthropic’s Claude API to process your questions. When you chat with Jerry, the contents of your messages and a snapshot of relevant data (leads, reviews, ad metrics tied to your tenant) are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic processes this data under their API data usage policies and does not use it to train their models. We store chat history in our database so you can refer back to it.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Portal — Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (billing), Mailgun (email), Twilio (calls/SMS), and the ad/review platforms you connect.
  • White-label partners — if your account is provisioned under a partner brand (e.g., Blumberg Digital), that partner has administrative access to your tenant.
  • Legal authorities — when required by subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of our users.

We never sell personal data. We do not share your data with other Eden clients or use your data to build aggregated benchmarks that identify you.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain essential records (billing, legal) for up to 7 years and delete other data within 90 days of cancellation, subject to technical backup cycles. You can request deletion at any time via support@edenads.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Export your data in a portable format (CSV for leads, calls, reviews, etc.)
  • Object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent you previously granted

To exercise any of these, email support@edenads.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard security: encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted data at rest, role-based access control, and tenant isolation enforced at the database layer (Row-Level Security). We do not store payment card numbers — Stripe does. We restrict internal access to production data to a small number of authorized Eden staff.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.

Children

The Eden Portal is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

International users

Eden is based in the United States. If you use the Portal from outside the U.S., your data will be processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-portal notification.
